It is our stated aim to provide the sport of Rugby Union in Thanet at the highest quality and for as many people as possible, be they players or supporters and to be a part of youth development in the area.

No club could operate at our current league position without sponsorship and we are very grateful for the generosity of all our sponsors. Sponsorship can take place in two ways.

Currently our main sponsorship is provided by our corporate sponsors, details of which can be found on our Sponsors page.

You too can be seen to be helping to support the development of the young people of Thanet, because rugby is all about working together in a disciplined way.

For Individual Sponsors, Thanet Wanderers has Community Amateur Sports Club status as recognised by the Inland Revenue and so individuals who are taxpayers can make donations to the club and by signing a gift aid form, the club can claim 25p in the £ from the Inland Revenue. Don't we like taking money from the taxman.

This year once again we are reintroducing individual position sponsorship, by which supporters or companies can sponsor individual first team squad positions for at least £100 and have their sponsorship mentioned in the match programme.
